Through the company’s partnership with Petro-Canada Lubricants Inc., Harvey Oil’s Ltd. has experienced significant growth in its industrial lubricant, light and base oil division while maintaining its customer service focus in home heat. Specifically, the lubricants division sells to the fishing, offshore, mining, manufacturing, construction, food and automotive industry.
THE ROLE – OIL BURNER MECHANIC – PERMANENT SENIORITY LIST
The role of the Oil Burner Mechanic is to provide a supply of services in the heating field to technical specifications, customer satisfaction, and company practice. This position will be added to the permanent seniority list which includes group benefits and pension plan subject to normal eligibility.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Journeyman Oil Burner Mechanic designation
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and work with diverse groups of people and clients.
- Teamwork skills that support a team based operation.
- Dependable with proficient attention to detail.
- Ability to do heavy lifting as required.
